Hail roll call

I had my scanner on listening to the weather net. Got the warning on the hail and put my vehicles under the shelter so no dents for me :) I live near Hamilton & I-270 and it was really coming down. I got about the same hail you did evan. I actually used to live in Jefferson Chase aparments - I feel your pain and used to cringe everytime it stormed.

Here is the back of the thunderhead as it was probably havocing on you: http://www.retarp.com/pics/hail/thunderhead.jpg

They drop prices like mad. They actually had this happen not too long ago I guess as I saw "HAIL SALE" signs all over the Ricart. Must be shitty.

I am glad we didn't get any here. No shelter in sight for my ride.

Hope you guys with damage get taken care of, sounds nuts in the CO. :D

I think it's fuckin' great. The siding on the house needed replaced anyways.. Same with the two windows that broke. along with a new roof. Good timing too. :)

This is a good thing believe it or not. We had the same thing hapen to us. We had a hail storm, call ins and they cut us a 10k check. All new siding, painted trim, brand new roof. Our entire exterior was re-done. House looks brand new from the outside and inside now. We have replaced everything in our house, furnace, AC, Dishwasher, stove, hot water heater, flooring, all walls painted. We need to wait a few more years and sell and maybe we can make a good deal of money.

cant wait to see my car in the light....

didnt really get a chance to look at it earlier,

where i live, near west broad on wilson road there are trees down in the roads, broken windows everywhere and every houses siding either has holes in it or big dents everywhere.

doubt my little car did too well.

What does a dealership like Ricart do when this stuff happens? It's not like they can go PDR a couple thousand cars on a whim.

When i was at Infiniti a few years ago , we had over 200 cars damaged. Insurance came in and estimated all of them , then a Company from Minn. came in for dent repair ( they set up on the back lot , and kept going till they were done). What couldn't be fixed by PDR we sent to various body shops. More than likley they would discount most of the cars .....

My brand new car has dents all over it

That really sucks! Had it a lil over a week now ?!

Sorry to everyone else ..... luckily it didn't hit us at Toyota (morse & 270 ) ... at Infiniti it was pure hell dealing with all the chaos from all the damage!

Usually instead of PDR a hood or deck lid they will jsut replace it cause it costs about 750 each to PDR a hood and decklid. They usually buy new and paint and then PDR roof and doors. so your estimate will be around $2500. Sorry guys this blows and it was so unexpected.
