vitamincj
Any suggestions on a field? Indoor is not totally out of the question but I would prefer woods to any speedball-type course. Is Splatter Park any good? This would be a corp group of about 20 guys/gals. CJ
El Karacho1647545492
i think fran bar is converted to the haunted hoochie (or whatever the fuck they call it now) so you probably can't do that...but its worth a check, cuz fran bar > *
s13
I think a lot of the paintball places have closed for the winter. Splatter Park is a very nice field. Very expensive though. For 20 people expect to spend about a grand.(rentals, paint, field fee, food, and gas) Call ahead and maybe they can work some kind of discount out. Patrick
DO NOT GO TO FRAN BAR. It is dangerous, no referees. Splatterpark or Cannon Paintball all the way.
Guest Hal
I like splatterpark, but I wish they would get rid of the warehouse at Central Ohio and go back to indoor there. speedball/hyperball ftw.
Rally Pat
Yeah, I really miss the Splatterdome. It was the first place I played paintball.
yotaman88210
I think speedball is kinda retarded. Just my opinion, but whats the fun of sitting behind something then popping out and shooting. I have not played this style of paintball in over 4 years but the first time I tried it was the last. Maybe they have changed how it is played, hopefully, but I found it to be a waste of paint. To me the whole fun of the game is being outside, hiding, running, climbing trees and being a sniper. Ha. I guess it could be fun, anything can be with the right people. Paintball in the woods has always be the most fun to me.
Guest Hal
mainly just different opinions, I personally can't stand playing in the woods. I like the speed and strategy of speed ball.
El Karacho1647545492
speed ball = team sport woods ball = more like real capture the flag, where the objective isn't to just kill everyone then waltz across...you have to rely on more of your senses and be more patient.
