Property Management Company Needed

I have two homes (one in UA the other in Grove City - Urbancrest) that are currently being managed by a business associate who is getting out of the PM business. Being in FL, I can't manage the properties myself.

 

I am looking for a good Prperty Management company. Both homes are currently rented, and I would like to keep the renters happy with someone who provides good service. Both homes are in excellent shape (the Urbancrest home is only two years old). Rents are both less than $1000 a month.

hmm well I know my parents use Nabers but thats in arizona for our condo not sure if they are around here to
