I can't remember which one to do in order to keep the fees down for the guy. It's only a $40 part, but if I put 40, he gets charged some retarded $20 fee on top of it when he goes and picks it up. But remember if he fucks you or the part gets broken somehow, that is the value that can be claimed I believe. But for a $40 part it isn't worth it to pay half that in charges. I just noticed that USPS was a little more expensive (like $10) to ship as opposed to UPS which was $8. Just wondering who the best company to go with would be.
