I just picked these up the other day but due to me needing cash now I have got to sell them. I bought them with two passes on them and I have yet to mount them on my Cobra. 03/04 Cobra's this will work for you and you wont need a spacer nor grind the brakes.

in short...The easiest way to measure backspace is to lay the wheel face down onto the ground so the backside of the wheel is facing up. Take a straight edge and lay it diagonally across the inboard flange of the wheel. Take a tape measure and measure the distance from where the straight edge contacts the inboard flange to the hub mounting pad of the wheel
