hpfiend Posted February 3, 2007 Report Share Posted February 3, 2007 Hey all, Anyone know if anyone SCCA or other organizes Time/Distance Rallies anymore in Columbus? Basically everyone meets up and they handout instructions with all sorts of stops and loops and turn arounds and everyone is supposed to end up at the same place at the same time- usually a place to eat/drink or both- the winner is the first car that gets to the right place at the right time or later- if you get there too fast that means you were speeding as it is all calculated based on legal speed limits. Everyone finally reaches the destination after getting lost and back tracking/etc and has a nice dinner/drinks with the other participants and tell stories about getting there. Science Abuse Posted February 3, 2007 Report Share Posted February 3, 2007 CORC; central ohio rally commision, run by Dick Paddock. They run in Chillicothe and areas south, and one in Dublin.
