Great stretches of road and as long as you stay away from the Rice Race areas, the cops generally don't give a shit. Huge city, way too many other serious crimes going on. I walked through them sometimes, lol.) At least it was when I was younger. I did the worst shit when I lived there. I used to hang out in the wards alot, too. (Got to party with the Geto Boys a couple times back in '92?) Watched friends die, been shot myself. Never thought I'd go back. But like anywhere, there are two sides to a city. After moving back to Texas, I stayed for a bit off of Memorial pkwy on the west side in a decent area before going back to Bryan/College Station. I've lived all over Texas, though.
