Need a good a CD to MP3 ripper

I have been using Music Match for the past few years to rip my CDs into MP3 files with great success. It gave me the options of how I wanted the folders and tags produced, pretty flexible.

 

Over the past few months, it hasn't been working right, mainly getting the cd info from the online data base. I did a search of Music Match and found out Yahoo took it over. I bought the new Yahoo version for $20.00, it works but it doesn't tag the files right and make the folders like the older version let me do.

 

Are there any good cd to mp3 encoders out there?

Audio Catalyst always kicked ass. I lost my copy a while back, and havent been able to find a new one.

 

My MMJB would rip at 7-8x, Audio Catalyst would go 40-50x.

CDex is free (open source). It offers more control than I want. I rip at 256k at the very least.
