Stampede
It's my sister in law's car, you can turn the lights on, but no lights come on. I figure its the switch, can it be taken apart and clean or it just has to be replaced? If so, who has the connection to get one at a good price? Thanks. Vander
I'm good with headlights, it doesn't sound like a switch though. Can you please explain a little more what is wrong with it so I can try and help you? So the switch moves, but the lights don't turn on? what...? Bam
I'd check the fuses before replacing anything really, but its most likely a switch problem, replacements run about $30.
Bam
And how exactly can someone be "good" with headlights? I'm fuckin' confused...
Clifford Automotive
Ditto Id check the fuse before you go pulling shit apart. Though, VW and audi have two fuses 1 left and 1 right. So if it was a fuse I dont see both going at the same time. If thats the case pull the fuse put a jumper on the harness and see if they come on. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to be "good" at headlights. Could be a relay also.
