Need some help with a water pump

I bought a 97 Dakota 4x4 with a 318 in it and the water pump is leaking. I bought the pump with the intentions of changing it myself. Now it turns out I don't have the spare time or all the tools needed to do the job.

 

So, is there any mechanics out there that could do this for me? Hoping to get it done within the next week.
