Who wants to weld some bracing in on a foxbody?

I know the resident welding guru is always busy, so I was hoping to find someone else that could take care of me in the mean time.

I need the subframe connectors and the torque box reinforcements welded in.

We can do it in my garage or I can bring the car to you, whatever's easier.

thanks

normally the torque box reinforcements are bolt in's. plus you have too remove the carpet and the coating on the floor. I'd do it, but im bizzy doing all mine at the moment. which connectors and reinforcements do you have?

Yeah, the torque box reinforcements are bolt-in or weld in, but everyone I've read about recommend both, because sometimes after multiple launches or one good one the boxes can move some and the bolts loosen/bolt holes stretch out, plus they recommend seam welding the boxes anyways. Might as well get it all done at once the right way.

I'm thinking maximum motorsports or laurel mountain mustang for both.

Check them out and lmk what you think....

I'm also going to do the control arms at the same time, I'm eyeing two different sets, but will probably go with the UMI ones because everyone says you need a spherical bearing at one end of the lca's so it doesn't bind, what do you think?

And them I found some barely used Lakewood 70/30's and 50/50's, just need to get springs now.

plus the plate on the top side are great for adding cage tubing too to get maximum stiffness.

Im not playing around with the connectors tho, i went thru the floor.

Damn man, that's crazy, cutting the floor and putting it in there is actually better than just putting them on the bottoms?

the quote i got on the install is more than i thought it would be so it looks like it'll be a couple weeks for me to get them.

thanks for the info/pics
