lawnman Posted July 25, 2007 Report Share Posted July 25, 2007 I have a 5.0 turbo'd. The car runs at 180 on the freeway all day long. If I get on it for a bit or get in stop and go traffic it will run up to 195- 200 and stay there until I run into some clean air. Any ideas on what might be the cause? Guest Wunna Dig Race Posted July 25, 2007 Report Share Posted July 25, 2007 its because the car isnt pulling clean air when your sittin in traffic It can run 200-210 all day long and not hurt it. Make sure your fans are on the right side of the radiator pulling the right way.
