Hey "evobound",it works pretty good for me!I don't quite understand your question though! It hits 158 on the USACi mic that was at the import face off a couple weekends ago at N.T.!Not to bad for a truck, atleast thats what everyone tells me!It's just my everyday driver!Since your so educated in car audio you must have somethin that will blow my little old system clear out of the water.........yeah right!

Nice, I've never been in their shop I'll have to stop by some day. I already have the 15's in the basement, just debating on what im going to put them in :| Thought about doing a wall in the back of the buick but finding an alternator is becoming a problem and I'm not real sure if I want to fab a bracket for it or not.

I dont even have an alternator, just a big kinetic under the hood and a smaller one built into the wall! They are pricey but they work really well!I'd put all them goodies in something open, thev trunk restricts it alot!If mine were in an suv, look out!I'm cool how it is though!

I'm really ready to get my car out and play, the stereo is just a passtime!

Well i wasn't going to stick it in the trunk, I originally planned on replacing the back seat with a wall :) I've been looking for an suv for a decent price but That may have to wait untill after I start back at college.

It's amusing to me that you'd challenge my knowledge and not know what sensor you were metered on, and still doubt that I could beat it?

That's like driving a fast car and not knowing how many cylinders its got, but laughing at the first guy that asked you how it does in a quarter.

Here are some pics from last year's finals of what you'd be up against if your score were accurate:

This crapped out before 158db:

Anyway, what I was implying is that your score can't be legal on a termlab.

If it were, youd be a contender for world champion in your class.

(You'd also have 4-inch thick lexan windows, a cement floor, and a rack of amps you could spot weld with. And woofers the same size)

Anyway, I wasn't trying to start a shitfest. And no, I cant blow you out of the water today -- no equipment. A few months ago would've been a very different, loud story. :)

I'm moving out of SPL, thats why my Astro's up for grabs.

So no bad blood, needed. Seeya at dBDrag World Finals this year? It's in Indy.

I never heard of termlab,I had it thrown together and wandered what it would do,so I went out to the trails, and I told you the conclusion of that!Nice stuff in the pics,I couldn't see driving any of that *hit every day!

This is true :)

If you wanna see the serious stuff, come out to finals :)

atomic 5000.1

Cactus and Adassa are using the same boards, and are more inclined to give competitor pricing ;) ;)

I was running a pair of these, coverage to half an ohm:

If you're after a big amp, I've gotta suggest Sundown. Ask for Jacob, I do his stickers. The boards in those amps come from the same factory as Atomics.

They did really well last year :)

Their sister company is Stereo Integrity - might remember them from way back. They had a bit of a catastrophe -- somebody broke in the shop, stole everything (including the technical documents for their woofer designs)

Finally, they're back with wicked new SI Mags.

Fi pretty much dominated the last year and chance in the dB arena, so if you get sticker shock from those strokers check out Scott's Fi BTLs.

I love how cerwin-vega stuck with the original design concept, though.

Yes I remember SI, I've also thought about Fi and RE. But since I got the strokers at a deal ($900 for the whole set at an auction brandnew) I think I'll just run these. Not too sure yet, I'm always up for wasting more money though :)
