Hard drive format question

Anyone please help me,

I have been through this before, I have a 300gb hard drive on my computer. When I did the format I know windows will only see 32gb of it. Please dont tell me I have to re-format the drive in a fat32 format with different partitions? Am I right or is there something out there where I can just setup the partitions?

Any help would be great...

Thanks,

Daniel Weaver

Sounds like your motherboard BIOS is out of date, or too old to see the actual size. How old is the computer? Maybe you should update the BIOS. Otherwise your going to have to make many 32gig partitions.

Other then that I remember there are some hard drives that you can setup the jumpers on it to only be a 32gb drive. Check that?
