Browning
little sponge filter in the breather housing managed to jump ship and land in the choke. Now the choke is stuck open and when I manually shut it, it just opens right back up. I can see what the problem is but have no idea as to fixing it. The linkage is stuck down
Dave1647545494
vac or lectric choke either way sounds like the pulloff is bad
Browning
electric. Whatever it is had to have happened because of the filter not allowing it to close I just got this carb from pick n pull two days ago:rofl:

Browning
just went out to start fucking with it after it sat all night and the choke is now closed and it's like there never was a problem. It's not fully closed though, should it be?
Dave1647545494
it depends on air temp and a bunch of other stuff if the engine was warm it would have stayed open and it may be open a little if its warmer outside
Browning
turned the key on, pressed the pedal down to engage the choke(worked perfectly) now that it's warm the choke is wide open and is not closing(normal??) Now I need to figure out how to adjust/tune this thing. It bogs under normal throttle but smooths out when kicked down
