Apparently its sub-$80k (z06 or 911 range) , 450+ hp, twin turbo V6, awd, and the coolest thing to come out of Japan for a long time. 190mph+ top speed.

According to motortrend, the GT-R goes 0-60 of 3.5 seconds, an 11.7-second quarter mile, a 192 mph top speed, and under $80k.

:D

Just call it as I see it. I think the new camaro is a smashed up C4 vette.

Maybe aesthetically but I can respect the engineering behind it. If I were in the market for an 80k performance car, I still wouldnt buy it.. sorry. Everything looks nice except the stupid looking spoiler. the body lines and rear-end would look so much better without that thing.

very cool car. The front came out a little more hard-edged than I had hoped from the spy shots. I'm not a big fan of the ripples in front of the front wheels. I realize that they're probably useful, but it jumped out at me.

Price is going to be a major player here as well. Not sure how many they intend to sell here do you know? I'd imagine they're looking for the NSX market.

I personally like it.

given, im a nissan guy but still. It better be offered in a 6speed manual otherwise... ugh

*edit* looks like 6 or 7 speed paddle shifting =(

as for it having backseats.... the skyline(gtr, whatever) has always been a sporty family car in japan

Not saying it's horrible, just looks like a fancy 350Z done up by an aftermarket company.

That's how I see it. Take 350z and kinda evolve it a bit and bam, stronger, faster, etc...

I like it though.
