Dr. Apex
Were changing pads and rotors on the S2000, simple job normally. There are 2 bolts holding the rotors to the hubs, problem is I can't break them loose and they're made of a cheap soft metal that's trying to strip. Other than the obvious drilling them out and replacing the bolts, anyone know of a way to coax these bolts out?? They're soaking in PB Blaster right now but I don't think it'll be able to penetrate enough. Thanks in advance, Ben
TurboRust
small pinpoint punch and a hammer you can punch a hole and then hit it counterclockwise and usually spin them out.

Guest Hal
Grab a hammer and screw driver. Smack the screwdriver on the bolt a few times, it'll usually break loose after that. You can also try turning the screwdriver while smacking it.
Dr. Apex
We were avoiding an impact as we can't replace thses bolts in time if we strip them. Between some heat and a hand impact and hammering like said we got the bastards out, thanks guys.
