aquarium heater needed...

need an aquarium heater. 200-300 watts would be ideal. for a 55g tank. really looking for one with a temp control on it. the one i got with my tank has "high" and "low" and i can not keep the water at a steady temp

 

if youve got something, let me know. im looking to spend 10-15$
