Clifford Automotive
That high 11's. It takes at least HCI and a full exhaust + a big shot to get 10's. The only stock motor 10 second cars I've run into are turbo cars. I know of a stock engine fox on this board running 10's with a little bit of juice. rl
Stock shortblock or stock engine? We always used to hit a wall at around 11.40's where we couldnt get them to pick up no matter how much we sprayed. Granted this was with full weight cars that where pretty much bone stock save for exhaust and CAI's.
Guest crazylady
Rob (gearhead) had one with a stock short block that ran 10.40's all night long at the track. on a 225 shot, carbed with a 5 speed!
rl
A 10 second stock SHORTblock car isnt a big deal (though it is risky ) Its going 10's with stock E7 heads, cam, and intake thats tricky.
