Need a 4'' - 3.5'' coupler

Anyone know of a local place that sells 4''(102mm) silicone couplers? I was hoping one of the local shops that does turbo installs would have one laying around I could buy.

Im 90% sure jegs has them if the two above fall though.

 

They surprised me last time i was there getting 4" aluminum tubes for an intake.

I stopped by there yesterday and the guy said they didnt have anything over 3'' in the warehouse. He didnt seem to confident about it though.
