It comes with a remote, a USB remote adapter , coaxial cable, and standard 3 prong adapter for audio/video with cable (great for playing your console on your laptop. . . i had a gamecube hooked to it in my bedroom) as well as an s video cable. This item is also great for making your laptop a DVR system. I don't have the manual and you'll have to find the drivers at HP's site, but it's pretty much plug and play. You need an express card slot to use this item, works great with any newer HP laptop with vista or xp media center edition.
