99FLHRCI Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 I recently ordered some fuel injectors and a NEO from Brandon at IPS. Unfortunatly, Brandon got sick and was unable to get the parts ordered in time. I showed up to get them and was disappointed to not get all of my parts. I had driven down from Marysville and was hoping to install them on my day off. Brandon pm'ed me before I was even able to check my e-mail this morning and apologized for the inconvienece. He also offered to personally deliver the injectors. On top of having the lowest price for the parts I needed he delivered excellent customer service. Thanks Brandon.
