The guy shot goes by "Big Lett", he owns a primered fox body everyone calls King Kong. The guy struck by the car (Lomnie King) was filming as well, he was drug 300 feet at which time the car came to a rest in a parking lot across the road. from mongse So was the car that hit the pole from Memphis? In the news story (see link in second post), it says that one guy wanted to stay and help the guy that got dragged under the car, but others wanted to leave him. The guy wanting to help ended up getting shot; I'm guessing that, in the chaos, tempers flared, words were exchanged, and someone just impulsively shot someone else (i.e., the guy wanting to help).
