SamZman Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 DVD burner. Nero . DVD Shrink ( you can find this free ). Once you have Nero you just use dvd shrink. Really simple. MrMeanGreen Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 DVD Shrink won't always rip DVDs if they have a certain encoding (Finding Nemo, for example). I use DVD Decryptor, which is also freeware, to rip my DVDs since it uses something to completely bypass the security encoding. Then use DVD burning software to burn from the new files. Nitrousbird Posted January 26, 2008 Report Share Posted January 26, 2008 Several pieces of software, as some movies won't rip with certain programs: - DVD Shrink - DVD Decryptor - RipIt4Me - FixVTS - DVD Fab DVD Shrink has its own burning software, but I burn faster with Nero. Yeah exactly.. for those dvds I run it through Fab first then drop in Shrink.. But like Joe says there are a few that are useful, and I may try one of Joe or Hoblick's suggestions next time I have problems with Fab getting one.
