I mean, do we think conspiracy here. Postal rates increasing....huge government mailing.....etc, etc......reminds me of the saying "the bureaucracy is expanding to meet the needs of the bureaucracy"

 

Pretty soon they'll be a "tax preparers" tax mandated for all tax preparers
