V8 Beast
Sorry about being lazy and not surfing the web, but I usually get better info from here anyway. I have had some bolt on lower control arm relocation brackets sitting in my garage and I want to put them on. How difficult is it to ensure I have the lca's set to the appropriate angle (they are adjustable). My car has eibachs the front and is stock height in the rear. Cordell
If your car is stock height in the rear then then the LCAs should be in the stock angle. If you are trying to get better traction out of the hole you would want to experiment as these would change your cars instant center on launch. Sort of like setting up ladder bars. You can do the same thing with certain torque arms that have an adjustment on the front, not just a pinion angle adjustment at the rear. I would love to know how much of an effect on your 60' this has because I was wanting to do this to mine.
Clifford Automotive
If your sitting stock in the rear you dont need them. If you were dropped you would put them on to get back to stock alignment.
V8 Beast
Ok, I took the rear eibach springs out and went back to stock because the ride was horable. I thought that since the front was lowered it might throw things off a little. Thanks for the info.
Cordell
Well if you are not going to use them maybe you want to part with them? They should help with launch on non-lowered vehicles.
