I'm looking at smoking my lights, what is the best way to go about this? I've seen the film but I've also heard that dying them is the better way to go. Any ideas?

LS1Tech has DOZENS of threads about this. Whatever you do DO NOT put blackouts on that Camaro, you'll be buying new tail lights as the blackouts tend to melt the tails...... The nicest way I've seen was tinting clearcoat with black paint and spraying it as seen here: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=728316

360 IROC, I would loooove to see more pics of that amazing car!

hobbz, I have some good write-ups if you wanna just use the VHT NiteShade and rattle can clear. If you do it right you'll get great results...

Like sweety said...

If you use the night shade I would recommend putting some clear over them. I have seen them too many time fade out and then you have shit on your hands.

Steve I dont really have a lot of pictures of it anymore. But give it time it will be out this year.

why not just buy those blackout covers?

thats what i have

As I already covered, the LS1 tail lights melt lenses with blackouts on. I had a set and after about 2 days this past month the lenses were melted....If you don't believe me do a search on LS1Tech.com about Blackouts/Melting, and you'll see.
