It's just a political move to gain some popularity, that will never pass. The .gov would lose way too much money to allow it. Besides, the gas tax is whats suppose to be used to keep our roads nice and smooth. Is slightly cheaper gas worth the extra potholes bending wheels and breaking suspension parts?
