Billiumss
Glad to hear your business is doing that well! Have you talked to a Realtor yet? Explain to them what your doing now, what your future plans are and have them do the searching for you. They would know of places to buy/rent that regular people won't. Good luck! Yeah, we have been working with one that just does warehouse/office space for just over 6 months now. Some weeks we have seen as many as 3-4 places and this week will just be one. Hate most. Liked a few. All have atleast one major flaw that you just cant jump up and down about.... Jeff
Linn1647545492
If you want to really get into the lsx market i would get out of the not so nice parts of town. Think about your target market and move to where they are.

Think about your target market and move to where they are. Problem is you just cant put a shop on Bethel or Sawmill or Avery due to the noise/zoning issues. That is why Passen had the "Retail" store on Bethel just to sell parts/wheels and then did all the work at the "Less attractive" Westerville store. That is the only way to have the best of both worlds but I would MUCH prefer to have just one shop for obvious reasons. Jeff
Dave1647545494
Bobb Chevrolet is going out of business maybe you could pick that place up I would hire a good commercial real estate agent and tell them exactly what you need and then let them find it for you
