I need Steel!!!!

I need 1 1/2" .083 wall 4130 and 1" .040 wall 4130. Any suggestions?

Very specific, call Tubular Techniques in Hilliard, I also beleive there is some time of tubing supplier in Mt Vernon which is closer to you. I will try to get the name of that place tonight

I called MT. Vernon Steel they wanted me to buy 20' sections because it would be special order for them.

 

I called Tubular Techniques they have it. I hate to drive down there for that little bit. $40 in Gas to get $15 in steel.

call jegs ..they sell this type of stuff in bulk at the 11th ave store. i have been getting my 3/4 .065 wall 4130 (moly) and 7/8 4130 there?

 

what do you need it for? i have some 1 1/2 mild steel here (not 4130) how long of a peice do you need?

It is for the swing arm of my old KZ650 ( 700cc 10.25:1 comp Wiseco pistons, Andrews cams .360 lift , Dyna ignition, 2step, nitrous soon) She is going low and long. I just need about 1.5 feet of both. I am not sure about using mild steel on a swing arm.
