87GT
I think the wheels look great! I agree with the hood cutout though... looks cheesy. If your going to show off the motor, do it like Ferrari. This only works if the engine is in the REAR of the car.

Nitrousbird
I am going to take a wild stab at this, but if you can afford that car, I bet you can afford a set of aftermarket wheels and an aftermarket hood. Which all is available right now that will fit that car perfectly. Uses the same exhaust setup as the Z06, so that's a big aftermarket item that won't need any development. I bet there are aftermarket pulleys available for it within a couple of months........
MrMeanGreen
Probably already pulleys available.
Mallard
Is that an air/water intercooler? It almost has to be because it is so small. Where is the water coming from that would be a better charge than say a top mount air/air like on a WRX or RDX? Any engine water would be in the 180-205 range. They don't use engine coolent, it's a separate volume of water that is circulated through a heat exchanger. Air-water set ups are more efficient than an air-air, the intake temps are more stable, and you have the ability to cool the intake air below ambient temp (if you have a reservoir that you can put ice in). Draco-REX
The part you see on top of the engine is the intercooler, the supercharger is underneath out of sight. http://images.vetteweb.com/tech/vemp_0712w_03_z+2009_corvette_ZR1_LS9_engine+illustration.jpg http://corvettezr1.info/wp-content/gallery/zr1-under-the-hood/supercharger-and-intercooler/supercharger-and-intercooler2.jpg http://image.motortrend.com/f/photo_gallery/9243944/112_0802_33s+2009_chevrolet_corvette_ZR1+intercooler_photo.jpg Weird, I could have SWORN that the IC was under the blower... Oh well. Same result.
