Honda 14in steelies f/s new tires

I have a set of 4 14in honda steelies off my crx. They have new "Avenger" tires on them. I have reciepts where I paid 300bucks for these from goodyear. I have put less then 500 miles on them. They still have hairs showing. Asking $200
