96 Acura CL E brake

Just did a slave cyclinder on this car. Customer complaint...E brake handle raised all the way, car rolls.

 

My question is... is the only adjustment on the caliper?

 

If so I didnt really see how to adjust it.

 

Will the pads and rotor being below minumum spec effect the e brake op on the car?

 

Any help appreciated.

if the e-brake moves freely and doesn't work double check the rear calipers, if those are both ok, remove the center console there's an adjustment under there

most likely a bad rear caliper, I've never had to make an adjustment under the center console

They seem to be operational. That is why I asked. The clevis on top of the caliper had movement.

 

Thanks the adjustment underneith the center console is that one I was looking for under that car. I will check it out.

those are bad about breaking internally. remove the cables from the caliper and see manually apply them while spinning the wheel.and grabbing some wont cut it, should grb hard about 1/2 way.
