Just remember to ride on the track you need a one piece or two piece that zips all the way around at the waist, good motorcycle boots, a helmet, and gauntlet style gloves. Truthfully I would say for anyone who has a sportbike they really should do at least one track day as it will show them what their bike was truthfully born to do. All this to ride a Ninja 250 on the track?? Not for me, it's a commuter that almost resembles a sportbike, I'd ride one and enjoy the 70 mpg it gets but I'll never take it to the track.
