BLU BIRD Posted August 7, 2008 Report Share Posted August 7, 2008 For those that may not remember (i dont think i posted on here) my car was hit by a drunk driver who then fled the scene. he crunched my driver's side rear quarter panel and taillight, as well as the bumper and hatch. well finally after 5 weeks of waiting and bullshit my car is done and it was well worth the wait!!!! T/A and bumper were put on in place of the v6 style for both. added the overlay to the front filler panel and not to worry the taillight covers will be going back on soon enough i have to order another set though. also Steve's brother (who worked on my car) got the PONTIAC inserts out and ill be putting those back in too soon. I am extremely happy and i think it looks perfect and badass! It was in the shop for 3 weeks, he didn't drive it for like 5 weeks or something. Here's one for you, 1996 Pontiac Trans Am, non WS6, 100k miles $6600 in damage quarter was half way over the tire, that was also pushed over. Replaced new axle, replace quarter with LKQ, Replaced Drv tail light, replaced driver rear wheel, blend door, repair and blend rear cover. It didnt total.
