$2500

2000 Audi A4 5spd. The car is a FWD 1.8t. It needs about $800-1k in parts from what I've gathered. Clean Title. 85k miles. The oil inlet line on the turbo came loose and caught on fire, burning the ignition harness and the plastic engine cover. It needs a turbo, ignition harness, battery, ecu, downpipe, passenger wiper cowl, and some misc. trim pieces in the interior. All the parts together totaled $800-1k depending on where you source the parts from. There are a few dents on the passenger side but nothing major. The car is located in Worthington. I may be interested in trades.

I take it this was a big turbo car then since there's no ECU/ Turbo/ Downpipe or Intake manifold on the car? How many miles were on the short block with the big turbo on there?

I see no intake manifold...does the stock one come with the car

Are the AC lines missing too?

Looks to be makeshift wiring made up to try to get spark to the coilpacks...were these attempts unsuccessful?

My old roommate used to own the car. It had GIAC chip software in it, stock turbo. Car caught on fire one night after running 26 psi through the stock turbo constantly with a mbc and chip. Oil line popped off and caught on fire like he said. He was making the car into an autocross car and had most of the interior stripped.

The reason thos parts are missing is the guy supposedly lost them when he was moving. I'm guessing he just ebayed the bigger parts. My friend Aaron bought it from Joel. He was going to finish it but he ended up moving to Arizona and didn't have time for it. He had it running on the generic wiring harness before he started to strip it. I do have the intake manifold for it as well as the AC lines.
