The cop could have been less of an asshole by not yelling, but simply turning around and placing his hands on the hood would have avoided him getting tased. I doubt that cop have killed 370 people with a gun in that period of time. On top of that, the tasers are being used when a little talking could do the job just fine. Some of the deaths have ocured while the suspect is already restrained, and the Cops keep using the taser for no good reason. IMHO, they should be charged with murder.
