Automatically suscribing me to threads?

I have to keep unsubscribing to threads. Is that something getting fixed?

I don't remember for sure but vBulletin might auto subscribe you to threads you start (maybe even post to) by default.

Other forums that have it never did that to me. Hmmm, if so, that is retarded. I don't want to be subscribed to any threads. My email box will be FULL as hell!

You can change the options not to send you an email in the User CP > Options > Default Thread Subscription Mode.

I had thought there might be an option for the user to chose but I can't find it. Maybe Ben or someone with more recent experience with vB can shed some light.

I like the auto subscription

It is gooood. Saves time trying to find threads.

I have been using the "new posts" tab alot. So I just see the new posts since I last signed on
