started today.. got a pull-up bar, the weight-gainer protein powder, a mat, and pulled the weights out of the closet.

 

I was pacing myself pretty good but at about 50 mins in my body started to give up. will be keeping at it though. figuring a few weeks to gain some decent stamina.

week 1 is over! I really got my ass kicked. Yoga really shocked me at how hard it was. Sore all over, but ready for week 2.

 

I also gained almost a full pound. Must be the GNC Mass XXX. :)

 

Im semi-surprised a weight loss program would ask that you use a protein/weight gainer supplement with it in conjunction? Not being a dick but are you sure it wasnt JUST whey protein that was asked for or did they specifically ask for weight gainer?
