That's BS. I had them come out to my house 2 years ago before I dug the holes for my privacy fence. They marked where the power lines were....sort of. I was digging and hit something, then I stopped and called them back out. The guys responce was ooops, sorry about that. He was lucky I started with a shovle and my dad was on his way over with a backhoe. If we hit it with that.... :thumbdown
