houston Posted October 1, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2008 I just did them, out of the 6 passes the remaining two must be full power runs under 9.99 in oder to complete the licensing pass's. In less there is something I dont know about you only need a license when you run 9.99 and under. At that point you will then need chassis certs and all the safety gear that goes along with it. I was told by NHRA as well as the officials at national trails that if you run faster than 135mph in the quarter for a FWD you must have a 9 sec license. Most I was told is I needed a Chute for going 150+ Yep you are correct need a chute for over 150 mph, but I confirmed with NHRA tech yesterday if you run 9.99 et or over 135 mph you need a 9 sec license. either FWD or RWD!!!
