Kevin R.
GM talking of purchasing Chrysler. Ford talking of selling entire stake in Mazda. Two very good moves if I do say so myself. Discuss.
Scotty2Hotty
Ford should stay afloat, GM looks like it might tank. I think Chevy, saturn and pontiac are the only brands keeping GM alive. GM needs to do some serious thinking.
Cordell
GM talking of selling Chrysler. Ford talking of selling entire stake in Mazda. Two very good moves if I do say so myself. Discuss. When the hell did GM buy Chrysler? Ford working with Mazda has been a good thing in the past, so why sell?

Scotty2Hotty
GM never owned Chrysler. Talks are the big 3 will merge into 1 Big company, I think just for manufactering. Not sure, had a customer talk about that today. Anyone got a link to any articles on it?

Casper
Actually Ford is involved from what I've heard. The two big rumors this past week were Ford and GM merging, and GM and Chrysler merging. Both are just rumors officially right now. We'll see what comes of it next week. Guest tbutera2112
i stand corrected http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14896619/ DETROIT - General Motors’ talks with Renault and Nissan on a possible alliance — and reports Ford may be pursuing a megadeal, too — show how automakers constantly turn to each other even amid fierce industry competition.
