GTPSS
Congrats on owning a Maronda home, good luck with that too. Hopefully they build their newer ones a little better. Finishing work sucks! plumbing sucks! only thing that is descent is the foundation, framework and electrical work......and the roof was pretty good, found that out during the last windstorm-only two houses didn't loose shingles, mine and the next door neighbor. Good thing we go the house CHEAP!!!! We will have 20k into it when we get done...and still pocket 20k with the market the way it is selling the house for about 20k under appraisal. Honestly the G/F and I love the floor plan, that was the biggest reason we bought it. On the bright side...at least I own a home, right???
