May sound silly, but perhaps call a couple stores....sounds like a box a treadmill would come in and I'm sure there are plenty being set up and displayed for the start of the shopping season. accordh22 Posted November 28, 2008 Report Share Posted November 28, 2008 Ill tell you the easiest way to ship an exhaust. Find as many smaller boxes as you can. Break them down and then wrap the exhaust with the cardboard. The wrap it up with packaging tape. I shipped a catback about a year ago that way and the guy that bought it told me it was in perfect shape when he got it. Just make sure to double wrap everything in the cardboard. If you just throw it in a box you take the chance of it breaking through the side of the box. I wish you were closer, I have a ton of boxes from my recent move.
