02 Grand Prix 3800 won't idle Part II

Not replaced, only checked for leaks. It was dry. On initial "key on", pressure gauge spikes to 53, but only for ~1 second, and then drops to near 40.

 

My dad is looking for a used one off of one of the 3800's he's worked on, just for a quick test.

 

okay so you pulled the line and no fuel shot out? im not trying to be an ass just making 100% sure lol.
