TheHaze
Go grab a torrent of James May's Big Ideas episode 1. He gets to drive one around and fly it too. Pretty cool.

Kevin R.
I watched a whole show on it on Speed Channel and you have to store the fucking wings. It isn't like you can just be driving down the road and start flying.
jeffro
thats stupid. probably isnt worth the hassel of putting the wings on. buying a car and a seperate plane would be way more convinient.

You've never priced hangar space. Complaining about having to store the wings is like complaining about having to store a boat because you can just pull off the road into the river and start driving. Show me another personal aircraft that: -Carries 2 people -300mi on a tank -Takes up less than the aerocar's wing bits Ignoring the fact that you can drive it around when you're done, you'll have trouble beating it. Kevin R.
Are you serious? It is expensive because it is an old, collectible piece of shit, not because it is technologically marvelous. Draco-REX
That's enough to buy several P-51 Mustang fighter jets Jets? Who the hell has $3.5 million just sitting in the bank to spend on some beat up looking plane/car thing? Jay Leno
Science Abuse
Are you serious? Haters be hatin, but I maintain that it's a good design.

You brought up hangar space off the idea of the price of the thing, so therefore, yes, you did mention it.
