Verizon Wireless help needed!

I was wondering if there is anyone on the forum who works for Verizon that I could talk to about a few things! Or if there is a main Verizon store somewhere in Columbus? All the local ones here cannot do anything and if I call the 1-800 numbers I only get transferred a dozen time. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
