By the rules, that = TD And by over the line, I mean about a centimeter over leather over the white goalline. No NFL affiliated workers past or present qualify. I think A person outside of the NFL could have the team at least win one game in a season. Can't call me a fair weather fan, I watch my team which may be the worst team ever in the history of the NFL, the Lions haven't won a regular season game since Week 9 2007 (Nov 4, 2007) they have New Orleans at home this weekend, and then have to go to Lambo Field and get beat by the Packers on the road to seal the 1st winless 16 game season. the Bengals are light years ahead of Detroit.
