Seafood is a nasty product to keep safe in a controlled environment, let alone shipping it over the road. Its not like meat where if you get it hot enough, you'll kill the bad stuff... things like spores and toxins cant be killed with heat, or really at all... and there are some pretty wicked symptoms from some of those products that rival the best of the 70's Mushroom trips... except you can die right afterward...
