Half the owners got it cause they got a blu-ray player cheaper than a standalone device. :fact: You got beef with MS service....the console sells itself. cbustuner Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 I own both but I find myself playing ps3 more then the 360.It just seems like microsoft nickel and dimes you for every little thing for it.Xbox live 50 a year,playstation network free.Want multiple online gamertags on one xbox360? another 50 for each person,playstation network still free,make as many as you want.Want to add wireless capabilities? that will be 100 dollars for the xbox360.Ps3 free,it comes built in.Want to talk or chat online? xbox360 you have to buy a head set, with ps3 if you already have a bluetooth for your phone just sync it with the system. 88lx5oh Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 my favorit thing about the 360 is having all my divx movies and tv shows stored on my 500gb hd on the PC and playing them from the xbox. i use the program TVersity, it shows on my network and streams flawlessly to my 360. i have problems wiht running media center on it, and this way is much much faster better quality as well and media center wont play divx files. with TVersity, whatver codecs you have on your PC it will stream to your 360. just browse to the folders, you have set up on your TVersity, click and play. if anyone hasnt tried this, you need to!
